Accounts and ads

You need an account to post ads. You are responsible for the accuracy of your ads and for having the right to sell what you list. Ads for illegal, stolen or prohibited items are removed.

Deals between buyers and sellers

Tonbibiaagh.com connects buyers and sellers. Deals are made directly between them, and Tonbibiaagh does not guarantee any item, price or transaction. A Verified Seller or Trusted Partner badge does not change this.

Promotion packages

Packages increase the visibility of your ads and do not guarantee sales. A package starts when payment is confirmed, runs for the stated period and does not renew automatically.

BuynsellGH offers

Choosing to sell an item to BuynsellGH sends it to our team for review first. We may buy it or decline, and if we decline it goes live for all buyers.

Reviews and conduct

Reviews must be honest and respectful. Abusive, spam or false content may be hidden, and accounts that break these rules can be suspended.

Privacy policy

What we collect

Your email, the details of your ads, your messages, and the contact details you choose to show on an ad. Payments are handled by Flutterwave, and we do not store card details.

ID documents and selfies

To verify a seller we ask for a photo of a Ghana Card or passport, the ID number and a selfie holding the ID. These files are kept in private storage and are only opened by authorized Tonbibiaagh staff to review your verification. They are never shown to buyers or other sellers.

How we use your information

To run your account, review verification, show your ads, send notices about payments, packages and support, and keep the marketplace safe.

Who sees what

Buyers see the ad details and the phone or WhatsApp number you add to an ad. Staff see account details only where needed to support you.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account information, including your ID documents, by contacting us. We keep records only as long as needed to run the marketplace and meet legal duties.
