How do I post an ad?
Open Sell, sign in, fill in the title, price, category, location and up to six photos, then submit. Ads from sellers are checked by our team first and go live as soon as they are approved.
How many free ads can I post?
Unverified sellers can post 2 free ads and verified sellers can post 5. Promotion packages let you promote more ads.
How do I get verified?
On the Sell page, submit your ID document and a selfie. Our team reviews them and you will see the result in My Account. The badge confirms identity only, not the item or the deal.
Why is my ad waiting for review?
Every seller ad is checked before it appears. You will get an email when it is approved or not approved, the next time you sign in.
How do promotion packages work?
Pick a package on the Promote page and pay by Mobile Money or card. Once payment is confirmed, you choose which ads to promote. Promoted ads appear at the top and refresh on the schedule of your package until it expires.
What is BuynsellGH?
When posting an ad you can offer your item to BuynsellGH. Our team inspects it and may make you a quick-cash offer. If we decline, your ad is published as normal.
How do buyers contact me?
Buyers can show your number, chat on WhatsApp or send a message that appears in My Account.
Can I change my ad after posting it?
Yes. In My Account press Edit on your ad to change the title, price, description or contact details. Ads can be renewed one at a time, or all expiring ads at once, before they expire after 7 days.
